Lily Gretz Arts Initiative Administrator
Lily Gretz joined the Office of the Provost in fall 2024. As Arts Initiative Administrator, she works alongside the Sr. Advisor to the Provost for the Arts to in advancing a key University initiative. From fall 2024 to spring 2025, Lily co-led the Johns Hopkins Taskforce on the Arts in developing a comprehensive strategic vision for the University, ultimately resulting in the Taskforce’s final report. Lily now works with the Sr. Advisor to advance the Taskforce’s 25 recommendations, which aim to advance programming, facilities, resources, and partnerships related to the arts.
Prior to this role, Lily worked in the Office of Principal Gifts within Johns Hopkins Development and Alumni Relations where she managed key fundraising analytics, and authored briefings and other communications for university leadership. Lily was also instrumental in launching the Irene and Richard Frary Gallery at the Hopkins Bloomberg Center, which opened in October 2024.
Lily holds a BA in Writing and Global Studies from Loyola University Maryland.
